Welcome to Wallypaw, the online pet-products store at wallypaw.com. In these terms, Wallypaw, we, us and our refer to the store.

These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software or interfere with website security.

Wallypaw accepts orders for delivery exclusively to supported addresses within the United States. Available services and address eligibility are shown at checkout.

We aim to present accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and options. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Before ordering, review dimensions, sizing, materials, compatibility, selected variants and included components. Accessories shown in photographs are included only when stated in the description. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Select products appropriate for your pet's size, behavior and needs. Follow instructions, weight limits and safety guidance. Supervise your pet where appropriate, inspect products regularly and stop using damaged items.

No pet toy is indestructible. Keep small parts and packaging away from pets and children. Our products and website content are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. We do not offer free shipping. Review the full order total before completing your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not automatically alter the price of an order already accepted.

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and promptly refund payment for canceled items and any related charges that must be refunded.

If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain the issue and your options. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Wallypaw operates using a dropshipping model. Suppliers and fulfillment partners prepare and ship products directly to customers. Products may dispatch from different locations, including overseas, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

Wallypaw remains responsible for handling your order inquiries and obligations to you as the seller.

Shipping estimates, delivery arrangements, cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy. If shipment is delayed, we will provide the notices and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Wallypaw branding and original website content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Our store uses services provided by Shopify, payment processors and other providers. External websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. These arrangements do not remove Wallypaw's obligations concerning purchases made from our store.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and your purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available to you under applicable United States federal or state law.

For concerns about an order or our service, contact support@wallypaw.com so we can work toward a resolution. This does not restrict your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to previous purchases.
